I hooked up your hard working crew with lunch. They are great guys and very work efficiently and hard. Im I construction contractor I know what I am looking at too. Those poor dudes have to suck in concrete dust, huff epoxy then enjoy a side order of microplastics before the Polyasparic dessert . For what I payed Next Level I hope that the company rewards them when it comes to the hourly pay. Those guys are ones representing the company. They are doing the quality work that I paid for. I hope they get their fair share as THEY are what the customer sees. THEY are the ones that need to deliver the perfect product. THEY are your representatives. Our Next Level Install Crew of Adrian and Javier showed up right on time. Our existing two-car concrete garage floor was filled with deep cracks and pitted areas. It also included a surrounding vertical wall. Adrian and Javier were friendly and very courteous, and explained the entire process before getting started. They answered all our questions throughout the day. They worked hard to give us a quality job. The area was completely cleaned before they left - you wouldn't have known they were even there except for the brand new floor and vertical walls. They transformed our garage! Team was professional. Had a small appearance concern and I reached out to my sales person Jordan. He was responsive and helped get the team back out, knowing I still had my garage empty. Adrian one of the techs understood my concern and was able to correct the appearance issue I had. My Garage floor looks absolutely amazing now. This is what I expected and they Delivered.
