If I could give 10 stars, I would! Jose Campos, our sales guy was great and made himself available every step of the way. I was freaking out about colors for our pool deck, and he made a special trip back to our house for a second round of looking at samples. He was courteous, knowledgeable and never made us feel rushed. My skittish kitty even liked him, which was a bonus!! Isaiah and his crew were here bright and early this morning to start work. When I came home from work and saw what a beautiful 😍 job they did, I had to write this review! They'll be back in June to do our patio and retaining walls...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We had a very pleasant experience with the salesperson, Andrew Schiffer, who was very punctual and pleasant. He had a great sense of humor and took the time to sit with us, answer all questions as we toggled between different colors. We look forward to having the installation done in a few weeks.

The garage floor looks amazing!! Jeremy and Adrian showed up exactly on time and worked their tails off all day. They always took the time to explain exactly what they were doing, and a timeline for when we could walk on the floor and when we could put our cars back in the garage. They were both so respectful, polite, and kind. We are thrilled with the results of the work and appreciate the lifetime warranty.

Fantastic experience with Next Level Concrete Coatings. Next Level Design Consultant Jose Campos thoroughly explained all the options and details of the patio restoration process. George & Ricky resurfaced our old patio and it looks amazing. Due to our infamous New England weather they had to make three trips to complete the job. Professional crew, reasonable pricing and high quality work. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the final result. We were so impressed with our neighbor's Next Level floors we decided to do our patio. !!Awesome Job!!

Just completed a garage floor install and it looks great! The 2 person crew did a great job and never slowed down Very professional and great job cleaning up and advising how to clean and protect the new floor.

Our experience so far has been with the sales team member. We needed our pavers repaired around our pool. We had quotes over $11,000.00 for the repair from three masons. The project consisted of just leveling a few areas before we have a new pool liner installed. While doing research for pool patio repair I came across Next Level concrete. I had seen their product in Massachusetts at a children’s playground. Having no idea what the cost would be I requested a sales visit and a quote. The sales person was very professional, knowledgeable, and had excellent samples with pictures of completed projects. There are a multitude of mixed & solid colors and trim colors available. The quote was slightly over $10,000.00 however the warranty on the material, labor, and repair sold us the product. I’ll add to this review once the project is completed .

I am very pleased with the work that Jeremy and Bryson performed on my garage floor. I am hesitant to put my material back into the garage as it will cover up a nice looking floor. Thank you for the excellent work and efficiency.

Great crew, did a great job on garage floor

My project isn’t starting until a month after i wrote this. But my design consultant David was great. Talked for an hour and a half. Explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions and concerns. So far I’m extremely happy and excited to see the finish.

I could not be happier with the work Jorge and Jeremy did in my basement. They were on time, professional, and incredibly hard working. They transformed my 54 year old (ugly) concrete basement floor with all of its cracks and old layers of paint into a something beautiful space. I choose the color Cabin Fever and glad I did. A very pleasant experience overall. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and quickly measured the area to be improved. My project was a 24’ x 24’ oversized two car garage with a concrete floor that was erected in 1975. The concrete was in good shape, but I was interested in improving the floor with a polyaspartic/polyurea finish. The two gentlemen who did the installation arrived as scheduled, and were extremely personable! They worked together very well, with no wasted effort. I had done considerable research before reaching out to NEXT LEVEL CONCRETE COATINGS. The price I paid was comparable with the current market. The experience with this firm could not have been better. I would recommend them highly for any job! The entire process from my initial telephone call to job completion was seven days.

So far the process of getting a quote and setting up the job has been a great customer experience. Jordan was a great sales person. Weather was a nightmare on the day of my job, but Stefanie at Next Level reached out to let me know they were rescheduling with professionalism. I was worried, but she put my mind at ease and the job was performed above my expectation.

I was surprised at how un-complicated it was to have our garage floor resurfaced. Their rep, Jordan Flynn, was great to talk with and knew the products they used and the methods very well. Showed us the various colors available. I thought the price was reasonable for the amount of work they had to do. The crew of two showed up bright & early on the appointed Friday. (It was nasty cold out.) They ground the surface, and applied the various coats - and were done by 3pm. Because it was so cold, I waited a bit longer than the 48 hours necessary, and parked the cars in the garage late Monday morning. It is GORGEOUS! ...and my wife is pleased the color we chose matches the house trim. Win-win.

My garage was done back in October. The 2 techs that came out were very professional and did a wonderful job on my floor. I spoke with Stefanie the admin a few weeks ago because i had a problem processing my payment. She was very polite and patient with me while helping me do it. My husband called in today and spoke with her again because he had a few questions. Again she was very polite and answered all his questions. Im glad we chose Nextlevel to do our garage floor. From the techs doing a great job to Stefanie helping with everything else im very happy. If i could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would.

My experience with Next Level Concrete Coatings went very well. They applied a coating to my 2-car garage floor and it looks absolutely outstanding. I worked with Stefanie who was very pleasant and professional. She helped with the scheduling and payment process. The original installers Matthew and Donovan worked nonstop and worked good as a team. Bryson came out and repaired some sections that needed some detailed attention. Bryson took care of the finishing touches which makes all the difference in the world. Justin who is the Production Manger was very accommodating and helpful over the phone. He stood by his work and listened to what the issues were. Chris the sales person gave an honest and complete assessment and quote. Jayvon and David (Install crew) did a fantastic job on my garage floor. For years the cement flooring was breaking down, had horrible cracks and divots. When they were down it's so nice. They took the worse garage floor and turned it into something beautiful. Sealed the cement, repaired the cracks, filled and leveled the divots, leaving a smooth, clean, bright and beautiful floor.

The process with NextLevel was very communicative and set expectations were very reasonable. TJ and Anthony were really great, very hard workers and the results were amazing. My only suggestion is that all smoke detectors could be easily covered with smoke detector covers and some dust mitigation would be helpful. Other than that very nicely done.

My garage was done last month by a crew of gentleman who did a great job. It was a 2 day job and one day they were going to send one crew of techs and the next day a whole other crew of techs. The first day they reached out to the office admin Stefanie who was great and kindful enough to make a few changes so i could get the same crew both days because i was so happy with their work. I just recently had to schedule a small repair to get done and Stefanie made sure to reach out to me everyday directly until we were able to come up with a day that fit both of our schedules. I am very greatful for her helping me in both cases and just Nextlevel as a company all together. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a beautiful garage floor and wonderful customer service.

My patio was done by Nextlevel back in beginning of the summer. My patio is stamped concrete so i know it made it difficult in certain areas for them to follow the process they do. Needless to say i had to have them come back out a few times to fix it. All of the techs that came out to help were great but that Stefanie I'll tell ya shes something else. She made sure that my job wasnt complete until i was happy. She always got me a scheduled asap and honestly just went above and beyond for me. I want to give a five star review to NEXT LEVEL concrete coding though I had a few problems they immediately came through and fixed any issue I had I work with Stephanie and she was the best I give her five stars herself, but I would definitely recommend using this company because they stand by their word

The guys were great to work with, there grinder broke down but that did not stop them from finishing. They were on there hands and knees grinding it with the edge grinders to finish. They had to come back to finish the process. But that was expected with what happened. Great job Next level concrete. Would recommend you to everyone.

We had Next Level come out for under our deck and some stairs, Josh and Nate provided excellent work, they were professional, personable, and cleaned up everything when they were done. This was a repair/fix to an earlier project that Next Level did. We had a few cracks and some separation on the stairs; this company stands by their warranty. Initially Sales Representative Chris Berry came out from NLCC and went over the entire process with a presentation and a cost appraisal. Chris was very personable and professional explaining the process, results and warranty. On Wednesday October 22, 2025 Nathan Rose - Morey and T Jahee Johnson from NEXT LEVEL CONCRETE COATINGS from Plainville MA arrived in the morning at the designated time to install a brand new concrete floor in my two car garage. First Nathan Rose - Morey and T Jahee Johnson fixed the cracks and imperfections in the existing concrete garage floor. Once the garage floor imperfections were fixed, Nathan and TJ installed a brand new concrete coating to the garage concrete floor within the same day. My garage floor is now protected from leaks, spillage and most importantly cracks. My garage concrete floor looks amazing and actually shines. My new garage floor now is worthy to garage my 2025 Dark Horse Mustang and 2025 Lincoln Aviator. Jordan and George did a great job resurfacing our two-car garage, working around some cabinets we could not move and several surface cracks. They arrived on schedule and completed the work on schedule. They gave attention to several details requiring special attention. Both were sociable and easy to work with. Cleanup was spotless. No overspray on walls, even the driveway was vacuumed. They even took the time to install plastic wrap on the garage face to help deal with an oncoming storm. The look is phenomenal, and we are very pleased.

Overall I am happy with my new garage floor. The installers were on time, friendly and very hard working. They were willing to discuss all aspects of the job. That said, there were two times during the job progress where I feel they rushed it a bit and I feel I got a slightly less than perfect job because of it. There are a some areas with inconsistent thickness (can see roller marks), and a couple areas where there is puddling of topcoat. Luckily they are in an inconspicuous corner. I am probably being too picky here given I have seen similar inconsistencies on several other coating company web sites in pictures where they showcase their work. So my job is probably above average but not quite perfect. Price was reasonable and didn't change. Sales process and scheduling was very good. One request to Next Level management: Please require your employees to wear a mask and hearing protection during the grinding process. That dust and noise can not be good for them!

The crew did a great job on my garage floor, again. Had in done 2 1/2 years ago with some problems. But with the 15 yr warranty they came done to repair it but couldn’t. Result was I had to have floor dug up with new concrete but next level would not honor the warranty because next level said company was sold. As a result I had to pay $1100.00 to have it redone, yet is still operating under the same umbrella name. I thought this was unfair, aside from that the guys did a great job on the floor and hope that ends. it.
